Who we are
rahd·AI exists to help industry and governments address one of the world’s largest industrial problems: decommissioning ageing oil and gas assets safely, efficiently, and at scale. We build AI-driven software that transforms fragmented legacy data into trusted, auditable insights — reducing planning effort, lowering risk, and unlocking measurable cost savings.
Validated through real-world deployments with major operators, our platform is now being scaled globally to support more efficient, data-driven decommissioning programmes.
From Aberdeen to Perth, we’re a global team.
rahd·AI brings together talent and experience from across key decommissioning regions, enabling us to work closely with operators and partners around the world.
Our Principles
The principles that guide how we build, partner, and deliver impact.
Integrity
We operate with transparency and rigour. Our platform is built on traceable data, auditable workflows, and clear provenance — so decisions can be trusted, evidenced, and defended.
Impact
We focus on outcomes that matter. Every insight we deliver is designed to reduce cost, lower risk, and improve decision quality across decommissioning programmes.
Collaboration
We work alongside operators, regulators, and industry partners. By staying close to real-world challenges, we ensure our solutions are practical, relevant, and deliver value in use — not just in theory.
Innovation
We apply AI where it genuinely adds value. Our focus is on solving complex, previously intractable data problems and enabling faster, better-informed decisions — not experimentation for its own sake.
Sustainability
We support the responsible retirement of energy assets. By improving data quality and planning certainty, we help the industry meet regulatory and ESG expectations while reducing environmental and financial risk.
Excellence
We hold ourselves to high standards. From data accuracy to product reliability, we are committed to delivering robust, production-ready technology with measurable results.
